Processing your orders and payment

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Delivery to Ireland - 32 counties is €5. We also included pricing for size 4, 5 match & training sliotars to include worldwide delivery.

Delivery is normally made within 7 days. Usually items are delivered with 3 working days.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales however, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.

When we deliver your items to you, you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. For this reason we ask that you provide a business address to ensure that there is someone there to accept delivery.

Please note that if you wish to return goods under our approval guarantee, you have 28 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. For further information on returns and exceptions to our home approval guarantee please see the Returns section.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website, provided that the products are returned within 28 days of purchase in their original condition and carefully packaged, you will get a full refund or exchange. When making a refund we will credit your delivery charges if the reason for the return is our error. To return the product please send the item to:

When returning items for exchange an additional postage charge will be required to resend the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.

Nothing in this returns policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Note: We cannot accept responsibility for any goods which are lost when you are returning them to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service i.e. Registered Post, for greater security.
