About 3 - 4 working days giving the courier some time to get to you. We have everything in stock (unless it states otherwise) so nothing should take too long.
We accept all forms of payment, cash, laser, credit card and cheque. For clubs the only method of payment is usually via cheque. Please arrange to get a cheque sent and as soon as it is received we will send your order to you. This is not always possible and we will work with you to ensure that you have the product when when you need it.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website, provided that the products are returned within 28 days of purchase in their original condition and carefully packaged, you will get a full refund or exchange (whichever you choose). When making a refund we will credit your delivery charges if the reason for the return is our error. To return the product please send the item to:

When returning items for exchange an additional postage charge will be required to resend the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge. Nothing in this returns policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for any goods which are lost when you are returning them to us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service e.g. Registered Post, for greater security.
